• Account data: name, email, authentication identifier.
• Project data: projects, sprints, tasks, and metadata you create in the Service.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature events, device and browser information for product analytics and security.

2. How We Use It

To operate, secure, and improve the Service; process payments; provide customer support; and send transactional notices (e.g., account, billing, security).

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the Service (cloud hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited window after cancellation to support reactivation, then delete or anonymize it unless legally required to retain.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, and similar) you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Email privacy@opspulse.dev.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security and least-privilege principles. We follow industry best practices but no system is perfectly secure.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
