Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OpsPulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled from Billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan pricing is per seat where indicated; seat changes are prorated automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of project data you submit. You grant OpsPulse a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsPulse disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
